Sleep and Skin Complexion
Just a quick note on sleep and skin care!
Last night, i couldn’t sleep till 3am and i had to wake at 8am. From my usual 10+ hour sleep to 5 hours or so, i was undoubtedly tired like hell!! However, i also noticed that my skin complexion was relatively bad. Besides complexion, excess oil production worsened (compared to usual).
Looking like hell today, it really was depressing. My face was so much oiler than the past few weeks, and it just looked bad!! Seriously, GET YOUR SLEEP!! and no, coffee, moisturizers and eye cream won’t save you!
